Fuzzyeyeballs is proud to present to you, a simple step by step guide with accompanying photos to make sure you can make the best pizzas to impress everyone.
This blog entry cum tutorial is image intensive, so please bear with the loading time … it is all worth the wait.
Don’t you wish you could make pizza like him?
Here’s what you need …
3lb 6oz/1.5kg strong white flour
½ tbsp salt
½ tbsp sugar
1½oz/45g fresh yeast (or 2 sachets of easy-blend yeast)
1 tbsp olive oil
1¼ pints/750ml water
Now let’s rock knead & roll!
Make sure you are well equipped before you start kneading, pounding and stretching the dough. Forget about boring round pizzas and experiment with maybe errmmm … elephant shaped ones.
Gently pat on the dough …
Sprinkle some flour on it to give it a smoother texture. Oh … you probably also notice in this photo that a plane shaped pizza mold is also the choice of this pizza master.
Place dough directly in front of you …
Start rolling with one hand to get the rhythm started …
Now two hands … roll … roll …
Roll harder!!!
Don’t be afraid to try different ways to roll it …
Make sure you look damn serious to give yourself the professional look while rolling and kneading!
After about 20 minutes (or when your wrist hurts) … the dough is ready to be shaped to perfection!
Give it a final inspection for any trace of dust or houseflies that might have got rolled onto the dough
Now carefully place the mold onto the dough …
Gently lift up the mold … oops! If the dough doesn’t look right … forget it. Let’s try make an alternative shaped pizza instead.
Knead … press … knead …
Pull!!!! Pull!!!!
Now try to impress everyone with more ways to knead the dough …
Then try pounding it with your elbow that will ensure the pizza is crunchy and salty … thanks to the sand and sweat that was accumulated after an hour at the beach
… and finally throw it up in the air and pretend as if you know what you are doing
Tada!!!! Done! The most amazing alternative shaped pizza dough is ready. Pose for the camera and flaunt your final product to the world!
Try act cute but make sure you don’t burst into laughter … a professional image is very important!
Yeah! Perfect ten! Show everyone the hands that creates magical pizzas!
Making a mess is pretty normal in perfecting the art. So worry not.
Give a final cute pose to the camera!
The perfect pizza dough ready to go into the oven!
That’s hell lot of images eh? Sorry for taking up bandwidth. I couldn’t decide which photos to post and ended up posting almost all the photos I took of Fitzand when he was playing at a restaurant by the beach in Sentosa. The pizza chef saw him and offered him a dough to play with and he had lots of fun creating a big mess there. Hahaha! No … the dough didn’t go into the oven … otherwise there will be quite a big food poisoning scare on the island for a week or two.
Too damn tired to go through the rest of photos (of Fitzand) … I’ll go get some rest and continue tomorrow night.
cute…. as always… bet he got so much fun with the pizza making..
hahahah! cute!
Hahaha….this is so ultimately cute!!!
@norya : Yeah … he had big fun messing with the dough. Too bad we did not dare eat the pizza. Haha.
@ymmij : Thanks. Too bad you couldn’t make it. Else we could all be making pizzas and getting drunk.
@Jer : Thanks
Hahaha! Nice humourous narration that go along with it. I might just try out some of the moves and technique!
@doublechin : Errrmmm … it doesn’t work for preparation of rice ya noe? 😛 😛
should bake it – wasted not to
@peter : I should have kept the dough and sent it to you eh? 😀
OK. I see no pizza … I must be not getting it … lol.
But your little one can really pose .. lol.
@Wilfrid : Haha. You only get to see the dough being made. No completed pizza because there is no way the chef is gonna let us add toppings and shove the pizza into the oven. 😀 My little boy doesn’t pose for me. All these are results of trying to trick him into doing something very quickly and very quickly taking a shot. Pretty stressful I’d say.

Thanks for your blog post. I would also love to say that your health insurance broker also works well with the benefit of the actual coordinators of your group insurance cover. The health agent is given a summary of benefits desired by anyone or a group coordinator. What any broker really does is seek out individuals or maybe coordinators which usually best match those wants. Then he gifts his tips and if both sides agree, this broker formulates a binding agreement between the two parties.
